What do you sell?
Fragrances, apparel, beauty and health & body essentials, plus hand tools, power tools, measuring tools and tool storage — over 150 products in all. Prices range from $2.76 to $154.99.
How much is delivery?
Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50. Orders below $50 are charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days with standard U.S. shipping.
Can I return something I've used?
Yes. Thirty days from delivery, used or not, as long as you still have the packaging. We refund the item and the outbound delivery; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty, in which case we cover it. Because orders are paid in cash, refunds go out by bank transfer — the full rules are on the refunds page.
The photo looks different to what arrived
Tell us and we'll replace it or refund you. We use the supplier's photograph of the exact item, but colours and pack sizes occasionally change between production runs.
What sizes and specifications are available?
Each product page lists its own spec table — colour, size and any other options the item comes in. Apparel runs from S to 5XL depending on the style; tools and storage items list their exact dimensions. Check the option list on the product page before ordering to make sure it's right for you.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, on every order. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives, in cash, for the exact total on your confirmation email. We do not take cards and will never ask for card details by phone or email.
Are the discounts real?
The crossed-out price is what the item sells for when it isn't reduced, and the percentage is the difference between the two figures. Nothing is inflated first.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not currently — we only ship within the United States.
Where's my order?
Tracking is emailed when the label prints. You can also look up your order using the order number from your confirmation email on the Track an order page.
